Rampant copying of copyrighted material at Canadian schools finally gets reined in

In Access Copyright v. York University, Judge Michael Phelan of the Federal Court crafted a masterful judgment that will defy successful appeal.  With this case the appalling extent of copying in the Canadian education industry finally gets corrected.  My National Post article here.
